A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations, and will only be transferred to a new reservation. Amendments and cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to 15:00 on the scheduled day of arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the stay. This includes non-arrivals or instances where proof of cancellation cannot be provided if requested.
