THE ACADEMY AT MATFEN HALL

Proud to boast impressive talent, competitive spirit, and second-to-none coaching, The Academy and Driving Range at the Matfen Hall estate are open to golfers of all ages and abilities.

Guests, Members and visitors can benefit from our all-year-round, 10-bay Driving Range and Par-3 course that forms our Golf Academy at Matfen Hall. Located a short buggy ride away from The Keepers.

The Academy & Driving Range Opening Times:
Monday to Friday 8.00am-8.00pm (Last Balls 7.30pm)
Saturday & Sunday 8.00am – 7.00pm (Last Balls 6.30pm)

The Driving Range

The Driving Range complex comprises 10 connected, covered bays and advanced Toptracer technology to help you monitor your swing. This cutting-edge platform – from one of the leading names in golf technology – also allows players to fine tune their game over time with a series of Monitor Game Modes, varying from challenges to score points based on your accuracy and distance, to playing virtual rounds on some of the world’s most famous courses.

With short game practice facilities, we also offer one-to-one golf tuition from our fully qualified, PGA Professionals.

The Par-3

Small but perfectly formed, our Par-3 course offers nine holes of top quality golf. Maintained to the same exacting standards, this course is a versatile option for all abilities. The Par-3 course is located next to the Driving Range and is a great option to put your practice into play. A challenging test for accomplished players, beginners and novice golfers can enjoy a more relaxed and informal introduction to the game.
