Enjoy a night of indulgence with a break dedicated to fine dining in our award-winning Emerald restaurant. Begin with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Héritage Champagne followed by an 8-course Tasting Menu with wine pairing. Savour the evening with an overnight stay followed by a relaxing à la carte breakfast.

Terms and Conditions

A card guarantee is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Amendments and cancellations can be made 24 hours prior to 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the stay. This includes non-arrivals or instances where proof of cancellation cannot be provided if requested.

Cancellations of the Tasting Menu element can be made until 4pm before the day of arrival. Any cancellations after this will incur a charge of the full price of the set menu.

This offer is based on two adults sharing a Classic Room. Date exclusions and restrictions may apply subject to occupancy and availability.
