CELEBRATION OF MARRIAGE POLICY

We would like to thank you for choosing Matfen Hall as the Hotel you would like to stay at whilst celebrating your marriage. We would like to politely inform you that as we offer all our weddings exclusivity, should we already have a wedding reception taking place at Matfen Hall on the day of your stay, we ask that you change out of your wedding attire should you decide to use any of the facilities in the Hotel.

If you are choosing to stay with us the night prior to your wedding celebration, because of our exclusive offering, we do not allow wedding parties to leave from the Hotel in their wedding attire should we already have a wedding reception taking place at Matfen Hall on that day.

Please note that we offer exclusivity to all of our Wedding Couples that choose to get married at Matfen Hall and therefore we would not permit professional photography whilst in our Public Areas or Gardens.

Whilst we are delighted that you wish to join us, we do ask that the above policies are adhered to, if they are not, we have the right to cancel your reservation. Our Reservations Team can help advise whether or not we have a wedding reception taking place during the dates of your stay, but this can change at any time and we kindly advise that you contact us in advance to find out more.
