Northumberland’s only AA 3 Rosette restaurant, Emerald provides the perfect backdrop to enjoy an unforgettable evening meal or traditional Sunday Lunch.

Dinner: Monday-Saturday 6.00pm-8.30pm

Sunday Lunch Service: Served Sunday 12.00-4.30pm

Please note that bookings for Emerald Restaurant must be made by 4pm on the day before dining.

Our Tasting Menu may only be booked with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please be aware a card guarantee is required at the time of booking and will be charged fully for the value of your reservation (£110pp) in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled arrival.

For Sunday Lunch, in the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of scheduled reservation, £39.50pp will be charged. Please note that any and all dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking. Any changes made to bookings or dietary requirements made within 24 hours of arrival cannot be guaranteed. A non-refundable deposit of £10pp will be taken for bookings of 8+ people.
