The Keepers Restaurant and Bar
Our latest dining destination opened its doors in August. Housed in our new purpose-built clubhouse, and overlooking heritage parkland, The Keepers offers relaxed dining and spectacular views.
Open to golfers, guests, visitors and families – everyone is invited to gather on its sun terrace, mezzanine bar and panoramic balcony to take in the scenery over wood-fired pizza and steaks fresh from the grill. Inside, our contemporary restaurant and bar is bathed in natural light, offering an inviting and sophisticated space to gather over brunch, Sunday lunch, dinner or cocktails.
Garden Tours
Bordered by unspoilt views of rolling countryside, our gardens and grounds look spectacular all year round. In summer the carefully tended beds and borders of our formal garden, Le Jardin Hollandais burst into colour, attracting clouds of butterflies and bees.
And this August, guests were invited to explore our gardens by following our new self-guided tour.
By following and scanning a series of QR code panels across the grounds, visitors can learn more about the plants, mature woodland and native wildlife that call our estate home. Take a moment to step outside and enjoy a relaxed and insightful stroll through our gardens during your next stay.
Summer Afternoon Tea
A popular choice for many, our summer Afternoon Tea menu truly captured the radiant flavours of the season. Carefully crafted by Head Pastry Chef, Laurens Le Gal, each tier is a showcase of local flavour and seasonal produce, from lemon buttermilk scones to a delicate peach and lemon thyme dessert.

Spa treatments
The Retreat, our sunlit and tranquil spa, offered a sanctuary for many in August. Pedicures proved popular this month as guests and visitors prepared for sunkissed trips and special summer occasions.

National Rum Day
August the 16th is National Rum Day and we celebrated by raising a glass with our signature welcome cocktail.
Made with English Harbour Rum from Antigua and served upon arrival in the historic great hall, notes of smoke, spice and tropical fruit offer the very warmest welcome to our 5 star estate.
