An appointment with our Derma Skin Analysis Machine will target any concerns you may have before a high-end facial helps you achieve great skin, no matter what your beauty aspirations may be. Skin Care Therapy

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations and will only be transferred to a new reservation. Amendments and cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the stay. This includes non-arrivals or instances where proof of cancellation cannot be provided if requested.

This offer is based on two adults sharing a Deluxe Room, Luxury Room or Luxury Suite and should be booked at least one week in advance. A £55 dinner allowance for Cloisters Restaurant and Bar is included. All additional food and drinks will be charged as taken. Date exclusions and restrictions may apply subject to occupancy and availability. Skin consultation must be booked after 1pm on day of arrival. Derma facial must be booked before 1pm the following day. Please note that there is a £50 minimum spend on spa retail products.
