A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations and will only be transferred to a new reservation. Amendments and cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to 15:00 on the scheduled day of arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the stay. This includes non-arrivals or instances where proof of cancellation cannot be provided if requested. Terms & Conditions apply.

This offer is based on two adults sharing a Classic Room.

Should the golf element of the booking not be available due to unforeseen weather conditions, a golf voucher for a maximum of 36 holes will be issued by the Golf Shop with a 3 month validity.

Buggies can be reserved at £35.00 per buggy per round and are subject to availability and weather/ course conditions on the day. Advance booking suggested.

Guests reliant on a buggy must declare this at the time of booking. In the event that buggies are not available following a course inspection but the course is still open then a voucher with a 3 month validity will be provided. No buggy bookings will be permitted on a golf package between October – April and any bookers in these months would be required to book B&B and add flexible golf as an option.

Tee times will be reserved on the day of booking – times may vary up to 30 minutes from original booking time. 3 course rotations available: Douglas – Standing Stone, Standing Stone – Dewlaw, Delaw – Douglas.

Course rotations to be requested at the time of booking, course options are subject to availability and time. In the event of adverse weather course rotations maybe required to be amended.
