A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations and will only be transferred to a new reservation. Amendments and cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to 15.00 on the scheduled day of arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made outside if the specified cancellation period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the stay.
