Amendments and cancellations can be made 24 hours prior to 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night of the stay. This includes non-arrivals or instances where proof of cancellations cannot be provided if requested.
